XTensions runtime adapters — provenance and third-party notices

XTend-owned adapter code, including the owned fragments derived from
konnilabs/xtend-tests, is licensed under Apache License 2.0 (the XTend LICENSE,
included verbatim here as Apache-2.0-LICENSE.txt for standalone packages).
The user explicitly authorized this treatment and publication of a reviewed
adapter patch on 2026-10-07 at 19:43 UTC. This permission concerns the owned
derived fragments; it does not relicense the private test product as a whole
or any third-party framework.

Derivation: konnilabs/xtend-tests revision
52b7b456c144c1cf7a1d8c99a27f91ff608950cc, src/controller.js,
src/resources.js, src/fixtures/react.js and src/fixtures/vue.js.
The extracted files are runtime-host-controller.js,
cooperative-resource-scope.js, react-runtime-adapter.js and
vue-runtime-adapter.js. Changes replace fixed demo workloads and switching
with host-injected peers, generic cooperative resources, props/event adapters,
boundary checks, guarded lifecycle completion and failure-contained teardown.
The private reference remains unchanged. See the repository document
development/XTensions-Runtime-Adapters-WP1.md for the full provenance record.

Vue 3.5.22 is an optional host-injected third-party runtime, not a bundled
XTend core dependency. It remains under the MIT License:

Exact accompanying license: Vue-LICENSE.txt.

The license texts were copied verbatim from the named installed npm packages;
React and ReactDOM have identical texts within each listed version. Consumers
distributing framework code must preserve the licenses and notices supplied
with their actual framework versions, including other applicable dependencies.
Apache-2.0 applies to XTend-owned adapter code, not to React, ReactDOM or Vue.
